CHRISTOPHER K. BAXTER, ESQ.

President

Christopher K. Baxter is the President and Managing Partner of Marinosci Law Group and the President of Consolidated Default Services.  Born and raised in Texas, Mr. Baxter began his mortgage banking career in 1997 at GE Capital Mortgage Servicing before founding Baxter Legal Group, a default servicing law firm that expanded into a multi-state practice over the next decade.  In 2007, Mr. Baxter launched American Dream Recovery Solutions which provided national oversight to Servicers during the mortgage crisis.  In 2011, Mr. Baxter moved his multi-state practice to Dallas and joined the Marinosci Law Group before launching Consolidated Default Services with Marinosci in 2013. Mr. Baxter currently operates out of the newest MLG office located in Atlanta, Georgia.
