JENNIFER CASALE
VP, COMPLIANCE & CLIENT COMMUNICATION

Ms. Casale oversees daily operations within the compliance and client support teams here at MLG. With over 12 years of experience, Ms. Casale is a leading expert in the default industry, which led her to join the firm in 2007. Some of her duties at MLG consists of client systems reporting, internal capacities, managing compliance of alerts, directives and coordination of same. Ensuring client satisfaction is a top priority and she accomplishes this by serving as the firm escalation contact. Ms. Casale also has an array of skills like being highly coordinated and responsive while tending to matters timely, as well as having multiple flexibility and adaptability skills. Ms. Casale’s prior experiences throughout her career have spanned working as the Managing Director of Sales, Marketing and Client Relations at other default firms around the region.
