Our software is fully integrated with all the leading industry web-based applications such as BKFS Desktop, VendorScape, Quandis, LenStar, NewInvoice, iClear and more. This integration eliminates lag time and streamlines workflow, allowing us to keep our clients fully informed as to case status and guarantees that our clients are never left in the dark. It also informs us if an issue needs to be escalated.

CaseAware – Case Management Software

This fully-integrated system tracks all files as well as captures and reports on all milestone events and any ancillary information. All holds and delays are captured. Any changes in foreclosure requirements can be made within each sequence, and multiple sequences can be tracked. We have access to PACER/ECF to obtain case and docket information from federal appellate, district and bankruptcy records. CaseAware fully tracks all files and the days between each step, allowing us to produce status reports and track all events for foreclosure, bankruptcy, evictions, and REO closings. It also allows custom-made reports to pull specific data and place it in format desirable by the GSEs, and changes can be made quickly.

SOC 2 Certification

MLG has passed the stringent Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 SOC 2 audit, and the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of controls stated in the commitment and system requirements were achieved based on the trust services criteria relevant to security and confidentiality principles set forth in TSP Section 100A, Trust Services Principles and Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy (2016) (AICPA, Trust Service Criteria).

SOC 2 compliance is a component of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA)’s Service Organization Control reporting platform. Its goal is to make sure that systems are set up so they assure security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of customer data.
