Mr. Baxter, Managing Partner for Texas serves as the Texas client liaison to all Marinosci companies, and as President of Consolidated Default Services, a company that assists mortgage servicing clients with national bankruptcy matters of all types.
Mr. Baxter began his mortgage banking career in 1997 at GE Capital Mortgage Servicing. In 2000, Mr. Baxter founded Baxter & Schwartz, P.C., a Texas default servicing law firm, leading the firm’s expansion to a multi-state practice over the next decade. He was also President of American Dream Recovery Solutions, LLC, one of the first loss mitigation and home retention service providers created by a mortgage banking law firm to assist distressed homeowners during the 2007 mortgage crisis. ADRS held debt collection licenses in all 50 states and was later acquired by a national financial company. After a 2009 merger with the LOGS Group, Mr. Baxter moved his mortgage banking practice to Dallas in 2010 before partnering with MLG.

Mr. Bengs is the managing attorney of Marinosci Law Group, P.C. Indiana office. As such, he is responsible for foreclosure, litigation, eviction, and bankruptcy operations in the Indiana office. He has been a practicing attorney in the foreclosure and real estate law since 1992. He represents national lenders and servicers in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.

Diana A. Carpintero is the Managing Partner of MLG’s IL and WI offices. As such, she is responsible for foreclosure, litigation, eviction, bankruptcy, and REO operations. She possesses 18-years’ of experience in creditor’s rights, commercial services and default servicing. Ms. Carpintero focuses her practice in default operations, auditing, compliance management and firm case management and technology. Ms. Carpintero is an active member of various mortgage industry organizations and is well-known for her breadth of knowledge of the default foreclosure process.

Derek R. Cournoyer, VP Quality Assurance, is responsible for firm-wide quality control and manages the firm’s Compliance Department. Mr. Cournoyer brings a wealth of experience in residential, commercial, and REO real estate law to the firm. Prior to taking on an executive role, he was the firm’s lead Rhode Island attorney. Mr. Cournoyer demonstrates the practical skills and knowledge necessary to ensure client satisfaction across all fronts and has been recognized for his zeal, compassion, integrity, and timeliness to all client matters. As the firm’s go-to expert for all things related to communications, client systems, investor and regulatory compliance, scorecards, training, analytic reviews, audits (internal and external), and process changes, he aims to always be accessible and responsive.

Mr. Morrone is Managing Attorney for Massachusetts and Connecticut, and he has over 12 years experience managing foreclosure and bankruptcy matters in several New England states. He is also responsible for coaching/training staff and overseeing performance. Prior to joining MLG, Mr. Morrone led a successful solo practice, which he started a week after being sworn into the bar.

Mr. Noyce, Managing Partner for Kansas and Missouri, has over 15 years of providing default legal services to creditors and servicers. In addition to foreclosure and bankruptcy representation, Mr. Noyce also provides clients with alternative collection services such as suits on promissory notes and garnishments. David also has an extensive background assisting clients with various real estate title needs such as quiet title suits. Prior to joining the firm, he was the co-founding partner of a Kansas City based law firm for 7 years. Prior to starting his own firm, David worked at a national default legal servicing company. His background in both private practice and in the servicing realm has helped provide David with a unique perspective in the default industry.
