Haylee Cripe, Managing Partner for North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming, has eight years of experience providing exceptional legal service to her clients. Haylee serves clients in a variety of practice areas including default legal services for creditors and servicers, corporate and commercial transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, estate planning, and municipal representation. In addition to practicing law, Haylee is actively involved in her community. Haylee currently serves on the Downtown Dickinson Association DID Board, Dickinson State University Heritage Foundation, and several committees for the local hospital foundation. Haylee has also served as an adjunct instructor, teaching business ethics, business law and business leadership classes at Dickinson State University. Prior to beginning her legal career, Haylee served as the Director of Finance for the United States Hockey League.
