Israel Solano was named Marinosci Law Group’s Chief Operations Officer (COO) in 2018.   As COO, Israel leads the firm in the day to day operations, ensuring that all of the systems, resources, and people are in place to achieve the goals of the company.

Previously, Israel served as MLG’s Corporate Controller, and continues to co-manage the finances, recordkeeping and financial risks management. As a member of the Executive Team, he is jointly responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of the Firm.

Prior to joining MLG in 2017, Israel  spent more than a decade in public accounting and the healthcare industry, where he established a reputation for building world-class teams, and for aligning financial & business metrics to support business strategy and growth.

Derek R. Cournoyer, Partner, Compliance Officer and Florida Managing Attorney, is responsible for firm-wide quality control, manages the firm’s Compliance Department, and is the Managing Partner of the firm’s FL Office. Mr. Cournoyer brings a wealth of experience in residential, commercial, and REO real estate law to the firm. Prior to taking on an executive role he was the firm’s lead Rhode Island attorney. Mr. Cournoyer demonstrates the practical skills and knowledge necessary to ensure client satisfaction across all fronts and has been recognized for his zeal, compassion, integrity, and timeliness to all client matters. As the firm’s go-to expert for all things related to communications, client systems, investor and regulatory compliance, scorecards, training, analytic reviews, audits (internal and external), and process changes, he aims to always be accessible and responsive.

Mr. Bengs has over 20 years of experience in real estate law, and his primary practice areas include real estate, bankruptcy, title insurance, and foreclosure matters. As the managing attorney in the Indiana office, he is responsible for the firm’s practice in Indiana foreclosure and bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining MLG, Mr. Bengs was a shareholder in a statewide title insurance company. He also is admitted to practice in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana bankruptcy courts. He has actively participated within his community in volunteer roles for the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, Valparaiso Soccer Club and municipal boards lending his knowledge and support.

David has over 17 years of providing default legal services to creditors and servicers. In addition to foreclosure and bankruptcy representation, Mr. Noyce also provides clients with alternative collection services such as suits on promissory notes and garnishments. David also has an extensive background assisting clients with various real estate title needs such as quiet title suits. Prior to joining the firm, he was the co-founding partner of a Kansas City based law firm for 7 years. Prior to starting his own firm, David worked at a national default legal servicing company. His background in both private practice and in the servicing realm has helped provide David with a unique perspective in the default industry.

Jennifer VonFlatern currently serves Marinosci Law Group as it’s Executive Vice President.  She has held various positions of increasing responsibility in both finance & operations, and has been a key member of the executive management team since 2010.  As Executive Vice President, she is jointly responsible for the overall administrational, operational and financial management of the Firm.

Jennifer is a proven leader with more than 16 years of experience across the real estate and default industries.  Jennifer previously served as the Corporate Controller, and later the Senior Vice President of Finance and Executive Team Member of Liberty Title & Escrow Company Inc., a national real estate title and settlement service company.  

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Rhode Island.

Sammy Hooda, Managing Partner of Marinosci Law Group’s Texas office.  Sammy brings a decade of mortgage servicing experience across all areas of the industry.  Mr. Hooda was named a 2019 “Super Lawyer” Texas Rising Star – a recognition limited to the top 2.5% of attorneys in the State.  In 2018 Sammy was named one of the “Best Lawyers Under 40” by D Magazine – an accolade limited to Texas attorneys deemed excellent at their jobs by their peers.  Prior to these awards in the practice of law, Sammy was the Valedictorian of his 2009 graduating law school class at Texas Southern University. 

Mr. Hooda is licensed in the States of Texas and Arizona, and has built a reputation as a litigator and advocate in the mortgage servicing industry.  At MLG Mr. Hooda will continue serving the needs of default industry clients while managing operations and litigating within MLG’s Texas office.
